Business Administrator

As an integral part of the team, you will work directly with the practice owner and clinical director to identify opportunities for growth, develop creative solutions and to improve outcomes for our patients. You will also be a key part of improving day-to-day operations and will have a wide range of responsibilities… the new patient experience, all front desk responsibilities, coordinate initial contact and maintain follow-up relationships with providers, assist with the referral process, assist with marketing programs, oversee insurance verification and claims processing, process financial transactions.

  • Medical or dental experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint preferred
  • Two years’ experience in a professional office environment preferred
  • High School Diploma

Compensation will be competitive and determined by candidate experience and qualifications.
